Born in West Yorkshire, I now live in the West Midlands. Currently an (under-) self-employed Computer Design Consultant, I have spent the last thirty years in the computer industry, designing computer systems and firmware for NMI Electronics (now Intrinsyc Europe Ltd.), Apricot Computers and Plessey.
